How To Redeem Store Rewards For Macau Customers
Any Macau VIP Members (membership no. starting with "57", "60", "65" or "67") may choose to submit their reward redemption application at one of our Cellbone counters at Manning's (Hong Kong), or simply by sending us the requests by Whatsapp, Wechat, or Email. Product rewards will be shipped to members free of shipping fee.
To submit your redemption application please send us the following information via Whatsapp, Wechat, or Email :
(1) First Name & Last Name
(2) Contact Tel No.
(3) Shipping Address (for receiving the reward(s)) and
(4) A photo of your Cellbone 2016 Stores' VIP Membership Card (the stamping side)
(5) Product Reward
Please note that all the above information is required to verify the redemption application. All redemption requests must be submitted on or before 31 Dec 2016.
"Bonus Stamps" earned from online purchases are stored in our database and you will not be given actual stamps on your existing membership card. We will have access to your "Bonus Stamps" record once you made a redemption application.
Terms & Conditions
| 1. | Each Manning's VIP Membership can only be registered with one online account (with one email address). Online purchases made by online accounts other than the one registered will not earn "Bonus Stamps". Online purchases must be made with completed payment within period 1 Dec 2016 ~ 31 Dec 2016 to entitle "Bonus Stamps" calculated based on existing Stores' VIP Membership rule : Every HK$100 Net Spending = 1 Stamp (exclude any discounts, cash coupons, and/or shipping fee). |
| 2. | Any Online Points / "Bonus Stamps" given will be adjusted in case of returns, refunds, and/or exchanges. |
| 3. | "Bonus Stamps" earned from online purchases are stored in our database and you will not be given actual stamps on your existing membership card. We will have access to your "Bonus Stamps" record once you made a redemption application. Members will not be able to apply for redemption using "Bonus Stamps" at Manning's or Specialty Stores - these applications MUST be processed by us using the above stated method. |
| 4. | All 2016 Stores' VIP Stamps - whether they are existing stamps or given as bonuses are non-transferable nor redeemable to cash or other offers; they are all due to expire on 31 Dec 2016. All reward redemption MUST be made by 31 Dec 2016. We urge all Macau members to send us their redemption request before this deadline. Any redemption application made after deadline will not be processed. |
| 5. | Redemption application via Whatspp/Wechat/Email is not valid to members from Hong Kong. Hong Kong members may submit their redemption applications at Manning's or at Specialty Stores. |
| 6. | Members failing to verify their identity upon redemption application will be required to mail us the original copy of their VIP Membership Card before 31 Dec 2016. You will be notified if original copy is needed to process the application. |
| 7. | All reward redemptions for Macau members require 2-4 weeks processing time. We will notify once your application is processed and reward is shipped. |
| 8. | Complimentary reward shipping is eligible for 2016 redeemed product rewards delivered to Macau ONLY. Additional shipping fee applies when other shipping country is requested. Each member is entitled to complimentary reward shipping offer ONCE regardless of the no. of redemption applications. |
| 9. | Offer not applicable to (1) members of other countries; (2) members with no. NOT starting with "57", "60", "65", or "67; and/or (3) any online customers who do not have Stores' VIP Memberships. |
