Antiaging Fried Foods ~ 油炸食療抗衰老

很多人覺得油炸食物不健康,但最近 Food Chemistry Journal 發表報告,比較水煮及橄欖油炸2種烹煮:蕃茄、矮瓜、薯仔、和南瓜,顯示經炸過的蔬菜內含抗氧化物濃度高出很多,變相更容易為身體和皮膚抗衰老!原因是油炸方法可將橄欖油內的「酚類化合物」轉移到蔬菜裡面,再配合「深色蔬菜」(如矮瓜)本身已經非常抗氧,多攝取就絕對有助保持青春常駐了!
